By commissioning me you are agreeing to all terms. Terms are subject to change at any time.

I have the right to refuse any project/application for whatever reason.

No refunds once I've started on your commission, unless I cancel your commission, then you will be fully refunded.

I will send you work in process shots for each sections of the commission, and whenever you ask for one.

Please contact me if you wish to re-sell the model.

Completion time may vary depending on my workload and/or the payment plan chosen.

I have the rights to share my work.

You must always credit me with a link to my twitter.

You may contact me to edit/add on to the model (Additional costs may apply).

I will be including a .psd, .png, and for art+rig I will include files and configured settings to use for VTube Studio (face-tracking software).

I will keep you updated if there is any delay.

I will not begin working on a commission until the payment is received.

Payment will be sent through Paypal Invoices only.

You may use the model for streaming/videos for twitch, youtube, etc.

For businesses, agencies, organizations, management and groups, please contact me to arrange in more detail.

Clients are NOT permitted to use my rigging or art for non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency.
